Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the shipping options based on the purchase value of your order. For orders above 999/- we offer Free shipping as an introductory offer for our customers.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Weekend and public holiday orders will ship on Monday or the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Time and Address 

The order delivery depends up on the service availability of the delivery address and location. We ship with reputed domestic and international logistics service providers. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once we have dispatched your order.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email and text or WhatsApp message with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
